Responsible as well for communication with shift towards digital marketing and sales excellence with installing company processes and optimisation of the use of sales tools. Leading the channel management and distribution sales by bringing them closer to marketing and communication resulting in higher efficiency for product launches. Fully accountable for marketing, R&D and sales of the BU brands CROUZET Automation and CROUZET Control with product lines such as nano-PLCs, logic controllers, timer relays and monitoring relays. Redefining roadmaps and priorities, adaptation of the organization leading to reliable product launch dates and successful NPI. Managing Sales in Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA) by focusing Automation on OEM business and by strengthen the Control sales through distribution.

Fully responsible for the EMEA business of the BU which included customer adaptation centre, OEM sales and channel management for the brands Crydom (Solid State Relays) and Crouzet Control (timer relays, monitoring relays, counters, temperature controllers and pneumatic elements). Merging two separate and very different businesses and teams together to one successful BU. Fast turnaround towards sustainable growth on solid state relay business and reversing bad trend on timer relay sales towards gaining back market shares. Adaptation of the team from a “day 1 org chart” towards a leaner and more efficient structure. Putting in place a European customer adaptation centre and technical support

● Full sales and marketing responsibility for the micro-motor product line in Europe and Middle East Africa; implementing new dynamic in the motor activity with one common strategy in sales, marketing and R&D; setting up a new “verticalized” structure and optimization of the organization, price management with constant positive delta P, new development and growth with key accounts● Responsible as well for development of American brand Kimco with brushless motors and voice coils in this area; increased project pipeline with Kimco products in the area● Leading micro-motor working group in German industrial association ZVEI

● Fully Accountable to manage the German company Crouzet GmbH covering Germany and Austria as well as the swizz company Crouzet AG; defining country specific tactics to apply the company strategy; beside sales this covers finance, IT, customer service, local production● Managing in both companies the sales organization for industrial product lines and aerospace; reorganization of sales team by activity and no longer by country; putting in place first synergies between Crouzet and sister company Kavlico (CST group)
