To support the development & implementation of the 13-19 strategy. Manage 14 – 16 Increasing flexibility & Work Related Learning projects to ensure partnership collaboration & effective development of curriculum. Develop the 14-19 on-line prospectus. Develop & support meaningful pathways for young people with SEN, & those young people disengaged from learning in Northamptonshire. Use & analyse management information to inform stakeholders, partners & planning decisions. Develop pathways for meaningful progression for the School Support Staff in Northamptonshire in liaison with the local authority, providers & the Training & Development Agency for Schools. Liaise with Connexions to inform the planning of provision for young people. Support providers in their development.
