He successfully handled the integration of the company's largest acquisition during this period, gaining a deep understanding of the complexity and importance of preserving the value of the acquired business.During his tenure at Barry Callebaut, Markus has been a catalyst for large-scale transformation projects, business restructuring, and system integrations.
