As a Global E-Learning Manager, I enthusiastically lead strategic initiatives for worldwide training programs. In function of L&D I am responsible for the implementation of LinkedIn Learning. Here the most exiting part is the combination of LinkedIn Learning content with internal training content and the strategy for the employee engagement. Creating a customer training strategy which fits perfect to the participants needs is the most exciting project at this position. The project I am most proud of, was the implementation of the LMS eFront for both clients and internal training. Part of the project was of course, to train the internal and customer trainers which was done in a blended learning concept. In addition, I was able to further develop my intercultural skills as a product trainer. My biggest project was the implementation and design of a certification program for service technician. Most important for me was to create an assessment which was realistic to the service technician’s real life to get full acceptance. Here I could extremely increase my soft skills in communication because it was important to me to take away the technicians' fear of the assessment and to communicate the certification process as transparently as possible.To help the service technician preparing for the certification I have created a blended learning concept which was provided be the LMS Ilias. We have got very good feedback of the technicians because of the mixture of theory and realistic practical part and the transparent communication. The implementation of the LMS “Learning Suite” was my main responsibility. During the implementation phase I have already started designing a blended learning concept for the existing class room trainings. The eLearnings which I have created has been used by the participants as learning nuggets preparing for the training.
