I was designing the mortgage comparison platform for Zmarta group, with the aim of helping customers to easier understand the mortgage market and make better informed decisions that can help them save money and have a safer home ownership. As part of this I was leading the design work, consisting of service design activities to define the product and journey from scratch, creating the user interface for both customers and internal back-office users as well as optimising solutions after initial launch. Performing and analysing user research insights, data gathering and stakeholder input I created the user journeys and user interfaces for these complex interactions that involved both customers, back office co-workers and partner banks.With close interactions to the product team developers we iterated on the implementation of journeys and continuously optimised these based on user insights we gathered post-launch.

I was working on the design system development and maintenance across the Zmarta products. The design system consisted of Figma components used for mockups, a documentation for reusability of components and patterns and coded components for implementation towards end users.The technical setup consisted of CDD (component driven development) components, displayed in a Storybook instance where variations and themes for our different brands could be displayed and developed.As a future development for this, I was part of a working group that would further develop this into a setup for group wide implementation for our mother company Bauer Media group.Project scope included definition of components, design patterns for re-usability of entire journeys, design components in Figma and re-useable coded components.

I was leading the design activities in retail range & merchandising product team creating e-commerce solutions. The team responsibilities ranged over the product presentation part of the website - listing, sorting, filtering and displaying product details such as the complex price presentation rules applied.I was creating new features based on collection of user and business needs, usability evaluation of developed features and continuous optimisation of solutions running in production environments.I had end to end responsibility for improving user journeys, evaluate current solutions through usability research, managing roadmap with product owner, and optimising with A/B testing.

I was part in a working group on development of a company wide and global design system, initiated by Inter IKEA.As part of this project I was defining scope, direction and hands-on production of design components, coded components and usage patterns for design in different contexts and devices. Use cases for this design system span from in-store and co-working experience all the way to end-customer web experiences.

My role was to work as an UX designer and consultant in the global web, eCommerce and digital line organisation. My work included defining, designing, and prototyping of features going in to the New Web Project in collaboration with digital service design, channel and content optimisation, content delivery services and global digital channel operations for channel development.Providing the prototype as base and specification we could evaluate the user and business impact of any new solution before it entered the ART backlog. This involved user interviews and stakeholder interviews from different departments to ensure the viability of any new solution from technical and operational view.As part of our delivery we were maintaining a style guide, providing coded, ready-to-use, styling template that was used as a base for the production environment development.
