I work with the team of over 15 professionals + tens of freelancers to ensure that we find ways to create sustainable societies and active citizenship through supporting 43 Kukunorin member organizations reaching over 20.000 people in Finland and around the world.

The target groups are people recovering from mental health challenges and people with intellectual disabilities. The company is focused in coaching companies, staff and management in creating a positive change in business. We apply creative methods like music, art and physical training and our own digital applications. We employ and work together with people with disabilities as partners in our coaching processes.

I am the chair of Synerga ry (https://www.synerga.fi), which is a non-profit NGO working on citizenship and building better communities. We are the office for Centre for Welfare Reform (http://www.centreforwelfarereform.org) and I am the country co-ordinator of the Citizen Network (http://www.citizen-network.org), which is a network for over 80 international organisations all over the world.

I worked as a primary nurse and a team leader in several group homes for adults with learning disabilities with constant needs for support.

I co-ordinate and manage a project called Radio Valo that supports and encourages people with learning disabilities in Finland to produce and publish their own productions. We also co-operate and support groups in other countries.
