My role is to help foster startup and ecosystem success through the connection of human resources to startup opportunities. The goal of FastForward is to help early ventures increase the probability of realizing their potential and bring innovation and life-changing technologies to market. I work closely with our team to identify high-potential teams and connect them with the resources they need to succeed.This includes experienced entrepreneurs acting as mentors, professional support from our FastForward sponsors, customer discovery using the NSF I-Corps program, entrepreneurial educational programming, and venture recruitment support. I work closely with alumni relations, corporate partnerships, faculty, university administrators, partner organizations and industry leaders to uncover key areas for educational and program development.

I managed the commercial incubator spaces at Johns Hopkins University, including lease management and oversight. I directed all external requests for use of the innovation hubs, and hosted tours with high-profile visitors and prospective tenants. I also acted as the relationship manager for all the sponsors of FastForward, where I connect these valuable external resources to our entrepreneurs and startups.At Johns Hopkins Technology Ventures (JHTV) we help inventors and entrepreneurs protect and license their innovations, and foster collaborations with business partners who specialize in launching new inventions.

I was also the CRM Administrator for Johns Hopkins Technology Ventures. I worked very closely with JHTV Senior Leadership, and I.T. at Johns Hopkins University, to oversee the implementation of Salesforce at JHTV. We also worked with several other departments at JHU to coordinate our external relationships, track Licensing and Business Development Opportunities, as well as the development of the startups from FastForward. We have implemented solutions to modernize our processes, improve visibility, track & report important metrics, and more effectively transfer institutional knowledge.

My primary role was to interface with tenants in our FastForward incubator spaces. I worked closely with our Lab Manager and Senior Administrative Coordinators to manage the operations of the laboratory and office space we lease to local startups. I also managed the relationships with our Sponsors of FastForward, and acted as liaison between the sponsors and our startups & entrepreneurs. I hosted informational tours for visitors, investors, industry collaborators, and prospective tenants to tell the story of JHTV and FastForward. Come check us out!

My role wass to interface between FastForward members and an extensive advisory network who are industry experts, subject experts, Mentors-In-Residence, and successful investors.
