- Reatined duties of Claims Supervisor- Supervision and management of a 36 truck fleet and 150 personnel- Responsible for daily interaction with Truck-All Depot's 26 depot carriers that offer their tranportation and logistics services in partnership with Truck-All Depot- Daily operations and maintenance of 110 bay warehouse, equipment and 15 acre yard. - Expanding industry contacts to increase freight volumes through the terminal. Daily shipment totals averaging 1800, with over 200 trailers leaving the yard daily- Logistics - Developing new accounts for freight consolidation. Compiling rates, establishing freight lanes and advising carriers on lane efficiencies. Identifing, establishing and implementing customer tracking procedures- Lead contact for customers with respect to tracking, OS&D's, POD's, claims and general inquiries- Identified and implemented processes to streamline internal database usage. Conceptualized and developed a new probill system that will reduce input and audit times on key accounts. Helped establish internet access to key partners and customers to the database for records, rates and delivery times
