Managed and closed a pipeline of over 300 loans per year encompassing transactions from $100K to $32M for operating lines, standard loans, ELOCs, construction loans, letter of credits, rollover and workout loans. Manage supervisors and three teams of 15 staff involved in all loan activities from collateral verification, appraisal engagement, approval, condition fulfillment, title review and clearing, documentation and funding. Supervised sales support team of six staff providing administrative services for sales representatives that included CRM software updates, loan package submission audits, scope of collateral confirmation, ordering appraisal and title reports and loan pipeline updates.
