Most recently I have moved into a new career with Valiant Finance as a Commercial Finance Broker helping Australian Businesses secure finance. As an Area Manager at Enterprise, I led a team of 5 branch managers and oversaw the operations of 5 locations in the South East of Ireland region. I was responsible for driving sales, revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee development across the area, while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.During my tenure, I achieved multiple milestones and accomplishments, such as increasing the area's revenue by 40%, improving the customer retention rate by 29%, and developing and implementing a new training program for branch managers and staff that resulted in higher performance and engagement levels. I also secured a large contract with a major hotel chain, expanding our market share and generating new business opportunities.I have a strong background in international business, having graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Limerick in 2017.
