As the inaugural individual in this role, responsible for researching, planning, and implementing new business marketing strategy initiatives across the portfolio of companies owned by ARMADA. Monitoring market trends and conditions, communicating with customers, and advising the senior leadership team in matters related to business growth, business expansion, and executing approved strategies effectively. Additionally, responsible for establishing and leading the company's first Business Development (BD) function and setting up the first Marketing group, as well as overseeing the rebranding of the organization.

Managed Oceaneering’s Aerospace and Defense Technologies’ (ADTech) Business Development Group, overseeing processes, procedures, and opportunity tracking systems to qualify, capture, and deliver winning responses to Government, Defense & Intelligence, and U.S. Federal customers. Additionally, led ADTech’s government-focused Marketing Group, spearheading the creation of marketing campaigns tailored to support the organization’s growth objectives.

Severed as project team leader on multiple-year projects at the Office of Naval Intelligence’s (ONI) Mission Planning and Analysis Center (MPAC) responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all activities of the assigned project task and personnel to ensure project goals and objectives were accomplished within technical, budget, and schedule constraints.

Intergraph’s on-site technical team lead for the mapping and charting group at the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) Mission Planning and Analysis Center (MPAC). Oversaw and provided technical expertise for the creation of the documentation of the production process used to train new employees.

Served as a member of Intergraph’s onsite operations team providing system engineering and software support the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency’s (NGA) Digital Production System (DPS). Additionally, served as technical lead assigned to investigate corruption with NGA’s Generation of Contour process.
