• Data cleansing and manipulation of cover holder’s bordereaux (through Excel and VIPR)• Engaging with development and testing of the new VIPR software• Reporting on VIPR’s potential shortfalls in meetings with the COO and the Risk Management Director• Trouble-shooting issues directly alongside the Software Developers
