I've built my career by operating in the nexus between customer experience strategy and customer service operations, often wearing both hats in my roles within the finance, nonprofit and IT industries. I have extensive experience in customer acquisition, retention and the leadership of world class customer service teams. I'm passionate in my belief that a laser focus on the customer can transform business performance. I confidently close the gap between the C-Suite and operational teams to align business goals, champion the voice of the customer, and deliver results.I'm also passionate about my home town - Central Coast NSW - and on weekends you'll find me on the beach with my dog, or at a Mariners game with my daughter 🌴.
