Over the past 15 years I have worked with individuals and teams in the corporate, to help drive superior performance. Specializing in mindset and behavioural change, I'm passionate about what makes people with the same opportunities and background achieve differing results. What makes some people and organisations approach change with a fixed and some with a growth mindset? Incorporating the latest thinking in neuroscience to his work, I focused on ensuring my clients have proven methodologies and solutions to impact their performance.
