Current• Create Golfer Development Programs that provide members with a unique coaching experience and quantifiable improvement of the game.• Designed and implemented an entirely new junior golf curriculum that utilizes aspects of LTAD and TPI using age-appropriate tools, drills, and skill assessments, creating an educational environment that is fun and engaging. With five program options and over 75 juniors participating, it is the highlight of our summer sessions.• Give over 1500 lesson hours each year in a northern climate.• Participate in shared member golf experiences through trips to Ireland, Scotland, England, Pebble Beach, Pinehurst, Robert Trent Jones Trail, and others. Bearpath staff prides themselves on making these excursions extraordinary for members and their guests.• Provide a concierge-level club fitting process. As the lead club-fitter I make sure I am up to date on all the latest club fitting and product technology, so members receive a premium experience and the best clubs tailored precisely to their game. • Wrote and published numerous articles and short videos for our member newsletter to help improve their game.• Mentored interns and PGA professionals joining the Bearpath staff. Helped them navigate their new roles and responsibilities and provided the latest coaching and teaching concepts.• Designed and built a state-of-the-art indoor golf instructional studio for off-season training.• Transformed an al-a-carte teaching model that generated $18,000/year in revenue into a golf coaching model that produces over $80,000/year in revenue.
