CurrentMarket Development/Inside Sales – Remote Market Development, Employee Recruitment and Digital Marketing of Nonprofit Program Goal: Design and implement a strategic market development plan to attract and recruit NPOs that wish to participate in fundraising at Miller Park. GOAL: Secure 100 contracts with these organizations as fan experience partners within Milwaukee Sportservice foodservice efforts at Miller Park within two months.• Conducted MKE market research to discover, assess, and quantify target organizations and opportunities for participation in the program.• Created a target database of over 400 Non-Profit Organizations in Milwaukee, Madison and Southeastern Wisconsin• Installed all data into Sales Automation system and set rules, goals and triggers and customer categories. Including call scripts and auto-generated response templates.• Collaborated with the Brewers organization and Miller Park cross-functional thinkers to craft targeted messaging to drive NPO lead generation.• Developed all sales collateral, presentations and digital marketing tools such as email campaigns, landing pages, microsites and Google Suite Customer Forms Automation Tools• Launched an aggressive outreach campaign including email marketing, txt messaging campaigns, social media outreach and PR Releases. Personally called 20 - 30 prospects a day and entered all information in system. (Pipedrive a Salesforce equivalent). Made presentations to Chambers and Business Assoc.• Designed additional digital support campaigns using paid/non-paid social media channels for Miller Park and Lambeau Field to validate past success.• Organized and helped coordinate onsite and off-site recruitment events, seminars, trainings and Meet and Greets for potential Non-Profits and groups
