First author for 4 research publications during a research stint with the Department of Cardiology, National Heart Centre Singapore. Under the mentorship of A/Prof Yeo Khung Keong and A/Prof Jonathan Yap Jiunn Liang.

Student internship / observership with the AI and Machine Learning team at the Milner Therapeutics Institute, led by Dr Namshik Han.

Provided clinical expertise and consulting for a team of 5 data scientists, on the practical implementation of machine learning modelsinto clinical practice. Also offered a clinical perspective for the design of a clinician-facing graphical user interface.• Utilized traditional Machine Learning models to predict 3 key diabetes complications in a primary care setting (the JARVIS DHL project), attaining accuracy of over 85% through incorporation of data from over ~50,000 patients. Analysis conducted in Python.• Invited to present work and discuss the impact of AI in healthcare at an international seminar by the Royal Society of Medicine (UK)
