This role encompassed Policy, Strategy and Client Commissioning for a range of Transport, Waste and Planning Services for the City Council.

Headed up a Department for the delivery and oversight of the TfL Red Routes and implementation of GLA Powers to coordinate all road and streetworks in London. Led on behalf of TfL the creation of powers within The Traffic Management Act 2004 to create additional powers for TfL and new network of Strategic Roads. Set up and created LondonWorks a pan-London system for all 33 London Boroughs and TfL organisations. Set up and Chaired the pan-London Network Management Group overseeing all major developments across the Capital, also supported the delivery of projects and programmes including the expansion of the Congestion Charges and Olympic Route Network.
