• Leveraged affordable housing grant programs from Kentucky Housing Corporation’s HOME funds, Housing Assistance Council’s SHOP funds, and Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati, with permanent funding sources. • Coordinated the construction budget and construction financing process from pre-application to construction close-out and closing for affordable housing projects.• Conducted one-on-one counseling sessions for the elderly, disabled, and low income clients. Sessions included homeownership counseling, budget and credit counseling, loan modification, forbearance, and foreclosure intervention counseling programs for Madison, Clarke, Montgomery, Powell and Estill counties.• Compiled, maintained, and submitted project grant reports to designated funding source as required in a timely fashion. Prepared, reviewed, and submitted grant applications and grant reports, in collaboration with CEO, in accordance with guidelines. Grants reporting and loan applications included Appalachian Regional Commission, Federal Home Loan Bank, Housing Assistance Council SHOP, Kentucky Housing Corporation’s HOME program, and Federation of Appalachian Housing Enterprises.• Responsible for loan origination, including submission of loan packages for Rural Development’s Section 502 Direct Loan Program a part of the Rural Home Loan Partnership Initiative , Federation of Appalachian Housing Enterprises, Kentucky Housing Corporation, and Community Trust Bank, per lender underwriting guidelines.• Developed and implemented marketing materials and advertising for affordable single family housing development loan programs, and Community Housing Inc.’s community development activities. • Supervised and trained staff who implemented community and individual affordable home buyer, budget, and credit counseling education programs.• Actively participated in development activities, and city council meetings with the cities of Richmond, Winchester, and Mount Sterling,
