Community Service Commission focuses on creating programs that raise the social awareness of KMBUI members and the well-being of a certain society. The Head of Community Service is responsible for supervising 2 departments, the Department of Social Development and the Department of Foster Siblings in Dhamma (Saddha), each consists of a head of department, a deputy head of department, and 7 staff.Department of Social Development is in charge of raising social awareness of KMBUI members by arranging a visit to orphanage and nursing home, creating some social issues campaigns, and collecting donations for humanitarian aid and disaster relief. Department of Foster Siblings in Dhamma (Saddha) is in charge of funding and mentoring KMBUI foster siblings located, students who are economically underprivileged or financially constrained in Desa Belimbing, Tangerang. Both of the departments collaborated and were responsible for the execution of Desa Binaan KMBUI, a social development project located at Dusun Krecek, Desa Getas, Kecamatan Kaloran, Kabupaten Temanggung, Central Java that aimed to improve the living standard of the village people by direct intervention and training.

Department of Organizational Social Responsibility (OSR) or as known as the Department of Foster Siblings in Dhamma (Saddha) aims to raise the quality of KMBUI's Foster Siblings by giving financial support and providing programs that raise their awareness of education. As a staff, Marlen worked on 2 programs called Care & Give for Foster Siblings and Foster Siblings on KMBUI. The objective of the Care & Give for Foster Siblings program is to raise funds for students in Desa Belimbing who are financially constrained. These funds are used to support their education until graduating from high school. Moreover, foster siblings are also introduced to KMBUI members by participating in KMBUI activities, such as visiting an orphanage in Foster Siblings on KMBUI program.
