Masters candidate at UC San Diego's School of Global Policy and Strategy studying public policy, with a specialization in inequality and social policy, as well as a merit fellowship recipient. Experienced in grassroots organizing and policy advocacy for non-profit organizations. Currently, I am working as a Project Management Intern with the Planning Department at the City of San Diego, I am engaged in a variety of tasks that are critical to urban planning and public policy development. My role involves conducting trail inventory and data collection, editing policy documents, supporting the conduction of workshops, and utilizing GIS technology for mapping and spatial analysis.Throughout my time at the City of San Diego, I have developed effective communication skills such as public speaking, community building, strategic communications, writing, editing, as well as report writing, literature review, and data analysis.
