I’m a proud mother, which has provided me with so much joy and given me strength, courage, resilience and forever learning and growing as a parent, and as a person. I’m lucky to be a part of a very supportive family and for those who know me, will tell you I wear my heart on my sleeve. I am very transparent and hold my values close to my heart; Honesty, Respect and Integrity with a little humor. Seeing the positive in all situations, finding a solution and leading by example is who I am. My strength is finding solutions and I’m passionate about helping people in need. I have a great imagination and am very creative. I pride myself on my problem-solving skills, through open conversations, asking questions and above all listening, so I can identify the key problems of clients.Through many years of experience in business development and helping people with barriers, I’ve learnt to be open minded and creative in providing solutions. I’m so fortunate to be doing what I love and it’s thoroughly rewarding knowing I have helped so many in need, which is what drives me to do what I do. I’ll continue striving to help others, make people’s lives easier and ultimately happier. I have vast experience in Employment Services and was able to see both clients and staff grow in their professional and personal lives. In reflection, the ripple effect for their families and friends was amazing to see. My success comes from being a leader, the influencer, setting the example, I classify myself as a Leader rather than a Manager, as they say I rolled my sleeves up daily. I do what I ask of others and treat everyone equal, without hierarchy. These values and characteristics are what I believe help me strive on creating and retaining strong business relationships.I’m driven to do what I do, knowing that I have impacted someone’s life and the people around them for the better. Working with community driven organisations has allowed me to help those in need and create better working/living environments. Kinatico is allowing me to grow in Corporate Business Development, provide me with a strong business acumen and working in an ASX listed organisation is a great experience to understand how a bigger business can operate. Merging these two experiences together I know I can make a great impact to any business or organisation.
