Marlene Diaz is a commercial Real-Estate leader with many years of experience in operations, sales, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and project management. Throughout her forty-year career, she’s gained much knowledge and experience in the office, industrial, and residential sectors. She’s worked with both private and institutional ownership groups, inclusive of UBS, IP Capital, AEW, Prudential, and MetLife just to name a few.An active member of BOMA Miami-Dade since 1994, serving on its board from 1996 – 2009, as a member of the executive committee for six years, and as President from 2007 - 2009. She obtained her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from BOMI in 1995, she is a licensed Real-Estate Sales Associate in the state of Florida since 1995 and a member of the National Association of Realtors.Recipient of the BOMA TOBY “Building Excellence” Awards, in the Local, Regional, and International levels from 1996-2020.
