Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program - Family Development Division1. Provides senior technical support to the Unit through:-Leading in the formulation and consolidation of activity proposals-Overseeing the translation of the Unit's direction into operational and financial plan2. Leads the development and implementation of plans in the following areas:-New, alternative capacity building strategies and other learning modalities on Family Development Sessions (FDS)-Formation and deployment of Family Development Unit staff as regional monitors to provide technical assistance to the field implementers-Development of database as part of information system along FDS monitoring and evaluation for compliance monitoring3. Provides technical assistance to the technical staff and regional staff and other stakeholders to ensure implementation of FDS plans at different levels4. Develops metrics to measure results, outputs, and outcomes of the unit5. Maintains a healthy and cordial working relationship with partner organizations and other stakeholders along FDS implementation concerns6. Prepares monthly accomplishment report for submission and approval by the Division Head7. Acts as Officer-in-charge in the absence of the Division Head

Provides technical oversight to the 12 of 20 partner organizations of ChildFund Philippines through planning, designing, and implementing projects such as Enhancing Reading through Identity and Cultural Heritage (ENRICH), Access to Water and ECD* (AWE), and Reading Skills in Mindanao (READ). The Reading Project Officer also contributes to development of concept notes and proposals related to early childhood education, context-based learning, and improving learning outcomes. Consolidates and packages high-quality progress reports for donors.Leads the overall budget management, ensuring timely and appropriate budget disbursement. Facilitates the appropriate project evaluation. *ECD - Early Childhood Development
