Daily contact with banking institutions to adjust out of balance conditions of cash letters received. Preparation of management reports, yearly staff reviews and resolution of daily operational issues.

Oversee the operation of 5 Check Processing Units, (Return Items, Reconciliation, International Deposit Operations, Incoming/Outgoing Transit Cash Letter Presentment, and Computer Operations). Oversee the daily production of 3 department supervisory staff, 2 Unit leaders and 18 productions staff. Create and maintain production reports for upper management.

Supervise a staff of 8 in the receipt and preparation of corporate customer accounts receivables. Maintain customer records, mail copies of customers’ receivables ensuring accuracy of information. Prepare management database reports on a monthly basis. Responsible for the yearly generation of customer billing information for each assigned lockbox.

Oversee productions of 2 Unit supervisory staff and 25 micra-coding operators. Responsible for overseeing the receipt, dollar encoding and computer preparation of customer and department check deposits generating a volume of over 100,000 items daily. Ensure all processing standards set by management are met on a daily basis and the accurate reporting of management information. Writing of staff yearly reviews and administering disciplinary actions when necessary.

Supervise a staff of 10 in the receipt, preparations and manual chargeback of customer dishonored checks. Maintain volume received reports for management review. Ensure timely customer notification and mailing of dishonored checks received. Control research & adjustment of daily customer chargeback issues.
