Functional Analyst
Current- Liaison between Human Resources Shared Services and the Information Technology department in regards to PeopleSoft application
- Gather information through interviews and meetings with employees and managers
- Constantly studying the procedures and systems currently in place in order to make informed decisions regarding changes to PeopleSoft
- Meet with various departments to gather requirements to enhance current functionality and to implement new functionality
- Work with developers to create design specifications for PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Manager Module (TAM), Candidate Gateway (CG), Smart HR, and Enterprise Learning Module (ELM)
- Test application when enhancements and new functionality is introduced
