As Firm Administrator/Controller/HR of a growing top 25 public accounting firm in the Twin Cities, I am responsible for both the day-to-day and strategic aspects of the firm. Designed programming for young adults and youth ministries, coordinated events, negotiated contracts with vendors, and handled various other financial obligations. Established event locations, booked speakers, and organized agenda. Streamlined operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, and reviewing reimbursement requests.
