As Firm Administrator/Controller/HR of a growing top 25 public accounting firm in the Twin Cities, I am responsible for both the day-to-day and strategic aspects of the firm. I participate in meetings at many levels of the firm, working closely with the firm Shareholders and Directors to ensure that the policies and procedures of the firm reflect current needs. I act as the firm's Controller, producing monthly financials and budgets as well as manage a team of administrative professionals. Greater Denver Area

Provided full support for executives and approximately 60 volunteers to enhance the youth departments effectiveness; provided information, management support and program planning and development for conferences serving programs throughout Colorado and Wyoming. Prepared and monitored budgets for a range of events and programs, collecting and analyzing data on an ongoing operating budget. Designed programming for young adults and youth ministries, coordinated events, negotiated contracts with vendors, and handled various other financial obligations. Established event locations, booked speakers, and organized agenda. Arranged meetings and conference calls; secured meals and travel accommodations to domestic and international locations for humanitarian workers. Outlined work assignments. Streamlined operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, and reviewing reimbursement requests. Managed all marketing and promotions for events; created more activities to quadruple attendance from 100 to 500 at annual Winterfest ski weekend, incorporating concerts, community service activities and athletics.
