Leads a team of career consultants in providing career transition services to professionals at all levels within a company. Oversight for developing and enhancing career transition programs, development of standardized processes and procedures, assessment programs and leading the execution of career transition activities. Started career as a Service representative and held various positions. Received multiple promotions during the tenure of my career. Led a client services organization supporting over 30+ business units, led multiple supply chain functions, led Operations teams and last position held a dual role over configuration management team as well as leader for the transition of the business to a third-party vendor. Established several customer-support models as well as supporting talent development across the organization. • Provided career development and growth opportunities to peers, direct reports, and associates through development plan creation, resume writing/creation, and interviewing best practices. • Recruited to participate in a company sponsored mentorship program for junior level, high potential employees.
