Practice Lead For Career Transition & Senior Career Consultant
CurrentLeads a team of career consultants in providing career transition services to professionals at all levels within a company. Oversight for developing and enhancing career transition programs, development of standardized processes and procedures, assessment programs and leading the execution of career transition activities. Defines, implements, and delivers products and processes to increase business value and execute on client needs ensuring a successful outcome. • Consults with clients regarding assessment of skills, abilities, and interests, providing them with job search strategies, how to develop job leads, networking, utilizing different application methods, interviewing preparation, and follow-up processes. • Assists clients in diverse industries as well as all levels within an organization from front-line production staff to C-Suite level. • Designs and delivers career services webinars and workshops on assorted topics including, Managing Transition, LinkedIn, Networking, Interviewing, Job Offers and Skill Assessments.• Builds professional relationships with recruiters, human resource professionals, and other potential network contacts to support clients in their job search. • Maintains knowledge in current techniques utilized in a job search including the use of Social Networking and job search strategies.• Achieved certification as a New Horizons Coach conducting sessions with pre-retirement individuals who complete an assessment through Career Partners International.
