A quick wit, engaging nature, and captivating on-air personality combined with a BS in Horticulture & lifetime of hands-on experience make me a unique property in the Home & Garden media niche. Starting as a one time guest on CW31’s “Good Day Sacramento”, I quickly became a regular on-air personality due to overwhelming viewer feedback. In my role at the UC Davis Botanical Conservatory, I am consistently challenged to expand my skillset through my focus on rare and unusual plant species. This ongoing education provides the opportunity to exploit my expanding knowledge in areas of keen interest to the general Home & Garden demographic, particularly native plants, drought tolerant species, orchids, unique flower gardens, living walls, integrated pest management, organic methodology and fruit/vegetable gardens. Additionally, as an educator of up to 20 university students, I am consistently cultivating new and distinctive methods of teaching in order to spur collective interest.
