Current- Responsible for sourcing and recruiting both active and passive talent for one of the fastest growing companies in the U.S.
- Develop and maintain an extensive database of quality candidates for future placement, including building industry partnerships.
- Work directly with hiring managers to understand both soft and hard skills required for open roles
- Facilitate movement of candidates through the hiring process, ensuring Tilson's core values are carried throughout
- Extend and negotiate offers
- Participated in the implementation of Workday and now serving as the company's Recruiting module lead
