About Marley Blackman-Watts
I have graduated from studying Computer Science at Newcastle University with a first-class honours degree.While studying at university, I have partaken in several projects throughout my time studying at university, including a group project that resulted in a Java-based mobile app which was designed to allow new international students to find their way around their university building, and the local area.I am now a Senior Software Developer at Ishango Ltd., and have been working with Angular, ASP.NET Core MVC, C#, Microsoft SQL and TypeScript daily since joining along with experience with GitHub Repository Management, Microsoft Entra, Azure Portal and Azure DevOps management. As a hobby, I am active in local esports and sim-racing esports on a national level, with my prior experience with the BUSR being a major part of that. During my time at university, I organised a sim-racing league for university students, with that being a weekly managerial position during a majority of the year.
