Marlin has been the Director of Treasury and Credit Management at Crestwood Midstream Partners for the past eight years after serving as Director of Internal Audit for nine. During his time, Marlin established the company's first internal audit department and successfully managed the audit department through a company merger and several acquisitions, as the company grew from roughly $1.2B to $7B in annual revenue over his tenure. In his current role, he is responsible for the management of over $3B of revolving debt, and leverages the cash management skills to minimize interest expense on that debt. Marlin also created custom exposure reports to calculate counterparty credit coverage and manage overages in order to mitigate risk and save the company millions of dollars in potential bad debt losses.
