Manage the daily cash & debt position of Crestwood and the related JVs and subsidiaries. Coordinate with counterparties regarding their credit limits with Crestwood and our credit limit with them. Developed tools and techniques to calculate counterparty credit exposure to Crestwood. This includes negotiating and establishing Parent/Corporate Guaranties, Letters of Credit, and Netting Agreements. I generate and analyze various credit and exposure reports for all Crestwood subsidiaries. I generate month-end reports and reconciliations for credit, debt, and interest expense. Created and lead the Crestwood Internal Department (fka Inergy Partners LP) for 10 years. My team and I started the Sarbanes-Oxley initiative and maintained it during my tenure. Internal Audit expanded to include fraud investigations, process improvements, and acquisition assistances.
