I am a Non-State Human Rights Actor, Policy Advocacy and Communications Strategist with proven engagement in global development, on thematic areas of gender justice, LGBTQIA+ rights, youth engagement and cross-movement building. As a Feminist Activist, I work on projects to identify, analyse, and engage regional and thematic developments in feminist organizing, advancing collective action for gender justice and human rights from an intersectional, decolonial and minority inclusive lens. As a Policy Advocacy Strategist, my work aims to:● Connect grassroots policy impacts to global efforts. ● Identify key policy and law issues, opportunities, and engagements for advancing gender equity and human rights.● Work with organizations/teams to develop and implement cross-cutting advocacy strategies.● Facilitate Human Rights Mechanism trainings, for improved engagement capacities at the AU/UN.● Create/review Inclusion policies for teams/organizations, enabling healthier work cultures.
