Developed and implemented Online Company Store. Assist the IT department in New Hire processes and basic troubleshooting of hardware and software. Direct communication and relationship with vendors. Coordinate employee benefit programs, such as group health plans, dental, life, disability (STD; LTD), 401(k), and executive deferments through third party vendors. Manage benefit enrollment, changes, and termination for active employees. Revise and process compensation and benefit reporting.
