I was challenged to be efficient, communicative, and curious in the process of securing and supporting users in different countries through the Oracle Fusion system. - In Fusion, I was challenged to create roles, HR records/user accounts, gather access data, maintain instances/environments, grant user access, and more through reviewing separation of duties (SOD) and Principle of least privilege (POLP). - I primarily worked with tools such as, Microsoft excel, Thycotic/securevault, cloud insights, and share point to manipulate/organize access data, secure credentials for various accounts, and maintain documentation. - Operating in ticketing systems like Midas, ServiceNow, Oracle Cloud Support, and JIRA I worked to process and keep users informed on the resolution of access issues, requests, bugs, errors etc. - I had the opportunity to contribute to the instance strategy through creating a dynamic instance planning calendar to keep up with important clones and dates and working on the role to position mapping (RTPM) making sure security protocol was followed.

Internship experience: - Completed system Testing/Revising for rates for Georgia’s Workers Compensation policy (WC) within Agency Link and Point. This is a platform for agents to view detailed policy and payment information about commercial multi peril policies. - Created a test plan and completed testing for Florida’s General Liability (GL) and Trade Contractors (TC) base rates. Looking at CPA and Commercial Package Policy (CPP) class codes and identifying if all class codes and rates remained consistent with what was expected through making changes within Agency Link and Point. These changes were based on updates made by the IT team within a ticket.- Revised Agency Link Quote Letters regarding notice of terrorism insurance coverage. This gave me some exposure to more of the programming side of Builders Mutual.- Developed Insurance Terminology in learning the various functions of each work environment, the different coverages that Builders Mutual offers, and financials. A big thanks to Faye Creech and Thomas Lockard for the enlightening presentation. - Developed within myself through completing strength finders assessment, emotional intelligence, and developed leadership skills through readings and discussions of books such as, “Extreme Ownership,” by Jocko Willink. - Presented a final presentation to Builders Mutual’s executives where I was able to expand on my internship experience and provide ideas for new technology and online platforms that would be beneficial to Builders Mutual in the future. #Vision2025
