As the senior technician I would routinely develop and program system applications that would fulfill a customers needs. This was typically based on very little information or the customer only knowing what the end result for a call should be. In these cases I would work closely with the customer to determine exactly what they wanted to get the request finished.Developed and programmed a multi question survey that the customer could use to find out how their service was perceived. Along with that I also developed, for the same customer, a way to track 50 marketing DID's so the customer could know how well an ad campaign was working. I helped deploy a 100 seat Composit Call Center application, provided the end user training, and helped maintain by assisting with MAC and change orders. Along with the call center I installed and maintained a 100 seat Edigin call recording system.Worked with PRI, T1, Loop / Ground start trunks, and DID's from programming the PBX to extending the circuit or troubleshooting an issue. Worked with service providers to open trouble tickets for the customer and tracked it until the service was repaired.L.E.I Communications provided a 24/7 support via an after hours voicemail that would outcall to a tech if an emergency message was left. The customer base ranged from a four person mom and pop shop to larger corporations that had multiple sites across the US. In cases were there was no supporting IT staff I would use my knowledge of networking to deploy our equipment and make recommendations if needed. For those companies that did have IT, I would coordinate with them as required to complete the task.Training was provided on all equipment installed and I disseminate the information from the user and technical guides. The amount of information I provided was based on customer comfort level and level of expertise. Anywhere from a simple end user just needing voicemail access to training a network admin on how to program the system.

Administered network for 65 Windows machines between to local office locations and 40 Windows machines at out of state locations. I diagnosed and repaired computer hardware and software related problems company wide. I also maintained and serviced the company laser and inkjet printers. When a new office opened or closed I would coordinate the move of computer hardware and installation of cabling if required.

As the lead technician I had the responsibility of handling customer issues when the tech manager wasn’t present. Oversaw the shop performance and scheduling of 5 additional technicians. I continued to diagnose, repair, and perform upgrades on PC’s.
