Domain : TelecommunicationResponsibilities: Experience and professional knowledge in Netcracker Rating and Billing Manager. Analyzing production issues in L2 level and providing technical support to resolve issues. Performing L2 analysis on the reported issues by examining the customer data, system configurations, error logs and process logs etc. to identify the cause of the problem. Replicating production issues related to UI, API and Database level in L2 test environment. Commutate with customers to understand the requirements/issues/defects as per the reported incidents. Raising JIRA tickets as per the reported incidents and perform end to end issue/incident/defect management through Atlassian JIRA tool. Handling issues in daily basis as per the priority to resolve the issues within SLAs to deliver high quality of work to the customers. Work with Core and Custom Development teams to get the issues fixed (code changes, data corrections and change requirements etc.) Work on showstoppers(Severity 01 critical) tickets. Take part in issue discussion meetings with customers. Testing different Core and Custom modules of the product as per the reported issues. Testing different Core and Custom processes as per the reported issues. Web Services/API testing with SoapUI. Database testing with Oracle sql developer. Deploying and testing Core and Custom releases (Official releases, builds, bootlegs and patches) in L2 test environment. Preparing Proof of Testing (POT) documents and investigation reports. Sharing official releases with customers. Work in tools and technologies such as Oracle sql developer, Atlassian JIRA ,WinSCP, Putty, POSTMAN , SoapUI etc.
