This complex integration involved API integration with WhatsApp API, the chatbot API, and an XMPP server. I also ensured compatibility with different message types supported by WhatsApp to fully leverage the chatbot's native message components. Implemented measures to ensure efficient message delivery. Tech stack included NodeJS, Express, XMPP, Java, REST, and Webhooks.Introduction of Tier Management FeatureDesigned and implemented a tier management feature, allowing the product to offer different sets of features based on client requirements. This feature enabled the offering of various tiers (e.g. Starter, Gold) and add-ons, each providing distinct features. The technology stack employed for this project included Java, Spring Boot, and MySQL.Memory Usage Analysis and Java Migration for TravelBoxConducted in-depth memory usage analysis for the company's flagship product, TravelBox, using tools like VisualVM and JMeter to identify optimization opportunities.
