My narrative in the corporate world is diverse, something I'm very proud of.My career started in internal auditing, because I was curious to understand how processes are structured in different scopes. This moment allowed me to build a holistic view of organizational structures and gave me more security in terms of academic specialization.I migrated from internal audit to work directly in customer relationship, because I additionallywanted to understand closely customers' needs and main pain points in their eyes, contributing to quick and effective solutions.As the most recent milestone, I chose an academic specialization in risk management to leverage this purpose, identifying and mitigating risks in a structural and comprehensive way, consolidating customer relationships view with regulatory environment, financial efficiency and brand reputation.The narrative will continue to be built in Risk Management whenever there is a possibility to efficiently transform bad experiences into effective solutions, creating meaningful changes in society.
