I am new to the Myrtle Beach area coming from Austin, Texas and I am very excited to be here.I first worked for Emerald Fund Inc., a Real Estate Development company in San Francisco for 21 years and was instrumental in growing the company from a small development/property management company. I worked in all the aspects of growing the company: administrative assistance, human resources, computer networking, etc. Emerald Fund, Inc. has grown to one of the top local development companies in the San Francisco/Bay Area and I am proud to have been a part of the company’s growth. I also became a Property Manager for a financially troubled property that my company purchased.After my tenure at Emerald Fund, Inc., I then went on to join the John Stewart Company, which specializes in affordable and market-rate housing. I became a Property Manager for a co-operative development for nine years and was incremental in creating productive maintenance staff, overseeing and completing several on-site, capital repair projects, overseeing HUD project-based vouchers, overseeing HUD practices and procedures, San Francisco housing vouchers while also increasing property income and owner satisfaction of the management.I recently worked as a Community Manager at RealManage in Austin Texas. At RealManage, I managed 7 HOA properties and worked with 7 different HOA Boards to manage the HOA's for their communities.
