Competitively selected to be a part of the 2023 Workforce Leadership Network (WLN) program, a leadership development program for professionals working within and across the issues of workforce development, human capital capacity building, and the future of work. The WLN program provides professionals with enhanced leadership and management skills, creates spaces to practice professional growth, and develops meaningful networks to expand the participants’ capacity for impact. Across four-months, I learned from 1) peer coaching, 2) experienced leadership facilitators, and 3) the broader Coro and regional community through Coro’s unique blend of experiential programming.
