About Marques Thomas
Hi all! After graduating with an MBA in 2011, I have since worked in the retail and consumer service industry as a manager, advisor, and marketer. While I did enjoy my career, the long 70 work weeks started to take a toll. So in late 2020, I decided to take the leap and start up my own blog about consumer related questions. After working in the retail and customer services industry for over 7 years, one of the big challenges I had was resolving the questions and queries from customers. That idea alone planted the idea of QuerySprout.com in my head, which would be an online platform to help customers and consumers all around the world, for a wide range of services and products.When I am not writing, I love to watch YouTube (SpaceX, Graham Stephen, Income School, Steve The Bartender, and more!).
