My role involves facilitating staff meetings, implementing systems for file and property reviews, and ensuring contract compliance. I maintain an up-to-date landlord contact sheet and oversee housing workshops, guaranteeing the timely submission of financial assistance packets. I am responsible for financial reporting, offering technical assistance to subcontracting agencies, and providing coaching to direct reports.My duties extend to reviewing and approving leave requests, conducting performance evaluations, and collaborating with Homeless and Housing staff to meet permanent housing placement goals. I ensure that master leased/owned properties meet habitability standards and monitor active cases receiving financial assistance. With a focus on team development, I attend regular manager meetings, collaborate with SSG's fiscal department, and coordinate delivery notices. Recruiting and hiring staff, utilizing various applications for data management, and coordinating with SPA 6 CES providers are also part of my responsibilities.I serve as the point of contact for landlords, overseeing move-tasks, and establishing a housing network by developing links with property management companies and investors. My role involves outreach to landlords, partnership development, and coordination of the eviction process. I manage contracts for ongoing services and address disputes with service providers, ensuring utility and other services are in the agency's name. With a commitment to professionalism and adherence to ethical standards, I represent the agency at meetings and community events, maintaining files in compliance with HIPAA and other funding requirements.
