During his time in the industry, Marques led business development, operations training, and regulatory compliance processes of ten brick-and-mortar facilities in Denver, CO, and Las Vegas, NV. Most recently, he was Head of Operations for Village Brands in St. Louis, MO.Before entering the cannabis industry, Marques served seven years as a Combat Aviation Officer in the United States Army. During his tenure, he became a decorated Apache Helicopter pilot with experience in non-combat and combat military operations.Marques received a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Fort Valley State University, where he was awarded an athletic scholarship playing football.Even though he grew up in a military household and lived around the world, Marques considers Atlanta, GA, his home. When Marques isn’t working, he enjoys traveling, playing golf, and going to NFL games. Marques is currently establishing his philanthropic project, Give Moore Foundation, Inc, which works to award scholarships and financial resources to his alma mater.
