• Leading in project planning including project site survey, performed building inspections for new construction and renovation projects, conducted measured and structural building surveys, created technical room layouts using AutoCAD based on survey results, and designed radiology rooms in accordance with BAPETEN regulations and rules.• Solving user problems by communicating with users (Doctors and Radiographers) to determine their problems and needs. In order to design a radiology room that can accommodate user needs and make it easier for users to handle patients, with an average of 7000 – 10.000 patients per year. • Designing 55+ radiology rooms for medical devices such as MRI, CT Scan, Cathlab, and X-Ray devices for state-owned hospitals all over Indonesia and Timor Leste, with a total project value of around 1 trillion Rupiah (69 Million USD) in the last 2 years.• Significantly reduces the time required to design the radiology room to just less than 4 hours instead of the few weeks that it normally takes. Streamlining all the processes starting from surveying the project site all the way through delivering the radiology room layout design by eliminating inefficient and unnecessary processes thereby making the project planning stage faster and more efficient.• Supervise the progress of the project from the planning stage through to completion to keep track of the progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule, meeting project objectives and fit the user needs, and in accordance with BAPETEN regulations and rules.• Collaborate with all project stakeholders to solve potential problems and issues and rectify these problems without compromising the build and schedule to ensure the success of the project.

• Responsible for surveying the project site to state-owned hospitals all over Indonesia and Timor Leste, making an initial layout sketch also providing measured and structural data of the building.• Assist project planning in collaboration with project managers and project directors by designing 34+ radiology rooms for medical devices with a total project value of around 600 Billion Rupiah (41 Million USD) in accordance with BAPETEN regulations and rules, based on project site survey data and requests from the users (Doctors and Radiographers). • Participate in kick-off meetings and weekly meetings with the project team and the principles (Philips team) to report the progress of all ongoing projects.• Communicating with technicians and construction builders to keep track of the progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule. • Providing support for project documentation and administration such as survey reports, trip reports, expense reports, quotation letters, order letters, etc.

• Assisting in maintenance planning and analyzing breakdowns in equipment.• Coordinate with team members and delegate daily tasks in carrying out maintenance and repairs.• Inspecting equipment and conducting routine maintenance for two generator with 112 Megawatt capacity.• Troubleshooting and solving malfunctions that caused the Teluk Sirih steam power plant to blackout.
