GoGoCreate was the learning programme for the award winning GoGoHares Art Trail which took place in Norwich and Norfolk during the Summer 2018 . I was lead for the education project for youth groups, schools, scouting, guiding, community, sports clubs in Norfolk.Over 160 schools and community groups took part with each one receiving a beautiful leveret sculpture to decorate along with a comprehensive learning resource pack - full of educational hooks and core curriculum links.The project had its own City centre trail complimenting over 50 larger share sculptures across Norwich and another 18 moongazer hares located around the County.The whole project raised £410,000.00 for Break Charity and helped #changeyounglives

The OPEN Youth Trust is based at the OPEN Venue in the heart of Norwich, committed to delivering world class live music and outstanding conference facilities, which allows the Trust to provide opportunities that make a positive difference to the lives of young people in Norfolk.I was part of the Senior Management Team and an ambassador for the Trust. I made a real difference every day by working closely with the existing commercial team and OPEN's clients. A proactive and highly organised individual with the skills and experience, energy and commitment to lead and manage the commercial income related activities.

My role was to oversee the sales, administration, marketing and development of the programme of hired activity within all spaces at The Forum, ensuring that the income generated achieves the agreed financial targets.My main responsibilities included account management, business development and strategic partnership development to improve both the financial performance and accessibility to resources with both new and existing contacts. As a proactive member of the team, I was also a member of the Activity Strategy Group and assist in shaping, managing and funding the activities that take place at The Forum.

In this role I was partly responsible for the marketing, delivery and promotion of innovative quality events, including the hugely successful ‘Go Elephants!’ citywide arts trail and the highly regarded ‘Earth from the Air’ outdoor photo exhibition. I also helped to establish the now extremely popular Comedy Store nights, which have set the bar for regular live comedy events in the region.The Forum events often include stakeholders from a wide spectrum of groups, including the public sector, private and charitable organisations. During my time at the Forum I have built lasting relationships with customers and suppliers with emphasis on improving CRM.

Working on the launch of the centre I ensured a record level of pre-opening sales for one of Norwich’s finest private health clubs. I Introduced new training methods and procedures to deliver excellent customer service front of house, whilst developing and implementing on site operational procedures.

As a Line Manager of over 40 frontline staff I instigated new sales techniques and initiatives - fundamentally changing the way package holidays were delivered within the resort. My team provided 24 hour care line service and as the Airport Manager I oversaw up to 5000 passengers per day. A key responsibility was the health & safety of both staff and visitors.
