I'm a creative and analytical unicorn 🦄 with 12 years of life insurance experience & over 18 years of professional art & design experience. I have a soft spot for helping others who are just starting out, and it’s my mission to support as many as I can with my skillset.I earned my BFA from Otis College of Art & Design. After college, I explored different roles in the food industry, which showcased my natural ability to connect with people. In 2012, I landed at Pacific Life full-time. In 2015, I took on a side hustle and focused on direct selling with Chloe + Isabel, honing marketing and sales skills. I launched a home baking business in 2018, and in 2019, I transitioned back to art and design, founding Marsha Barron Design Studio.In 2020, I delved deeper into digital marketing with online courses and workshops. I just couldn't get enough (still can’t). Since then, I’ve done art markets, public speaking, podcasting, blog writing, email marketing, digital painting, surface pattern design, and all things Adobe CC. In 2023, I earned a Digital Marketing Science Certificate from the University of Arizona and added Google Ads Search, Google Analytics, and HubSpot Email Marketing certifications to my toolkit.In my current role at Pacific Life, I'm juggling a hefty caseload like a pro – we're talking 100+ cases and emails.
