As a Wealth Management Adviser, Marshall works closely with Fidelity Wealth Management Advisory® clients to help them build, preserve and transfer their wealth. He serves as clients’ primary-point-of-contact for developing and overseeing their overall wealth management strategy. Based on a client’s situation, he coordinates the input and involvement of a team of specialists, including an Investment Manager, Wealth Planner and Trust Officer, to provide wealth management services as needed.Marshall joined Fidelity Investments in 1993. Prior to assuming his current position, Marshall worked as a National Fundraising Manager for Fidelity Charitable, a donor-advised fund, where he was responsible for fundraising activities within Fidelity Investments Personal Investing channel helping to raise over 1B in contributions. In that role, Marshall helped Fidelity associates and their clients integrate charitable planning strategies into their financial plans. Marshall was also responsible for managing a team of Regional Vice Presidents, defining strategy, and drafting presentation material. Prior to joining Fidelity Charitable, Marshall served as a Regional Planning Consultant where he helped clients with financial, investment, portfolio and estate planning. Marshall has also represented Fidelity’s Portfolio Advisory Services in the North Central Region (based in Chicago). Previous to that, Marshall was a Private Access Account Executive with Fidelity Investments in the Pacific Northwest, helping clients there manage over a billion dollars in assets. Marshall has been in the financial services industry since 1993.Marshall earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brigham Young University, and a Master of Science in Finance from Seattle University. He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® and Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® certifications. He has passed the Series 7 and 66 exams.
