-Annual budget preparation in calibration with upper management for operational, headcount, and capital expenses -Develop tools and reports to help analyze actuals, create forecast, and provide variance analysis when necessary-Analyzed, forecasted and monitored revenues for 4 separate regions and 6 different business units; projected short and long-range revenues, compared booked revenue to future forecasts and adjusted accordingly-Provide detailed analysis and insight of sales performance to identify trends and opportunities to drive improvements in core KPIs- Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as requested

- Responsible for the analysis and interactions of various business units and geographies on forecast, budget, actuals, and business dynamics- Design, prepare, and present detailed analysis of business issues and recommended solutions to senior management-Manage 3 corporate client contracts exceeding $50 million annually, monitor contracts for compliance and budgetary issues, set up monthly invoices, and maintain client satisfaction
