I’ve learned what works and why it works—or fails. I know how to build frameworks that turn what people know into something they can do.I directed two global research programs that looked at how people live and work--and sometimes thrive--in conflict zones. I have worked with hundreds of organizations and communities to learn how people build space for normal life in complex situations.
